Permit Administration

Permit Administration involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of environmental permits to ensure strict adherence to state and local requirements. This includes preparation and submission of Notices of Intent (NOI) and Notices of Termination (NOT) under the NPDES program, as well as ongoing compliance with Environmental Resource Permits (ERP) issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Our management ensures timely renewals, accurate regulatory filings, and proactive monitoring, keeping construction and industrial projects fully aligned with NPDES, ERP, and other applicable permit conditions while minimizing risks of noncompliance or project delays.
