Did you submit your Analytical Monitoring Report?

Is your industrial facility permitted under the Multi-Sector Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge (MSGP)?  Are you in Year 2 or Year 4 of your permit?  If the answer to these two questions is a yes, then you may be required to submit what is known as an Analytical Monitoring Report. This Analytical Monitoring Report summarizes your Year 2 or Year 4 quarterly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs).

Stormwater runoff can pollute waterbodies by encountering your exposed materials and industrial activities.  A quarterly DMR procedure requires the facility to collect a water sample at a designated, pre-determined, outfall location(s) to provide information about the quality of water being discharged from your site.    The average pollutant level of the four quarterly samples, also called the Analytical Monitoring Report, must then be submitted electronically to the FL Department of Environmental Protection (FLDEP)  through a program called EzDMR system.

Did you know the deadline for submitting your Analytical Monitoring Report for all facilities in Year 2 and 4 was March 31, 2021?

If you didn’t submit or unsure how to, KCI is here to help! Our team can expertly manage your monitoring program, ensuing compliance and peace of mind.  If you require assistance with submitting your Discharge Monitoring Report, Analytical Monitoring Report, or have questions on how to register and access the EzDMR system, KCI is ready to assist you.

We look forward to hearing from you!
